Our Mission
To educate real estate managers, certify the competence and professionalism of individuals and organizations engaged in the management of real estate, serve as an advocate on issues affecting the real estate management industry, and enhance and support the members' professional competence so they can identify and meet the needs of those who utilize their services.

Annual Directory Advertising
Each year, Chapter 39 produces a membership directory that is distributed to all AMO®, ACM®, CPM®, CPM® candidates, ARM®, and ARM® applicants, who are members of Virginia Tidewater Chapter 39, encompassing the cities of Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hampton and Newport News. IREM® Hold 'Em
In 2005, we began the IREM® Hold 'em game for Chapter 39. A new round starts at the January 16, 2008 meeting. At each chapter meeting or function that you attend, you will receive one playing card and every month the card will be from a different deck. At the installation and awards dinner in December 2008 the player with the best hand will recieve a prize. It could be you!
